I've had many excellent yoga teachers over the years, but had been away from yoga for too long. I signed up for one of Melanie's five day yoga retreats and I couldn't have been more pleased. Melanie has the skill to work effectively with many differing yoga levels, to sneak in the other 8 Limbs of yoga, and to do it all with an ease and laughter befitting a master teacher.
